Bio

Barbara's love of acting began as a teen when she began doing community theatre in Oshawa, Ontario. After earning a BFA from the University of Windsor, she joined the Stratford Festival of Canada and became the Artist in Residence at the University of Guelph. She made her film debut in 1980 in Deserters, earning a Genie nomination. In addition to acting, March worked behind the scenes as story editor and writer on the TV series Mysterious Island. March is married to actor Alan Scarfe.
